Beginning the date of hire, you accrue vacation based on your length of service with the company. You accrue vacation according to your completed years of service 1-4 years 10 days. They are given exactly one year after employment begins. Shouldn't they accrue throughout the year and we are allowed to use them as they accrue and not have to wait a full year?
