Repayment of pro-rated or full sign-on (relocation) bonus in MA
ere laws governing repayment of signing/relocation bonuses by state? I signed a contract for a 10k relocation package (employment in Massachusetts) that required 2 years of employment, otherwise repayment in full. Just trying to figure out if I signed an agreement that was illegal by state laws and I have to pay a pro-rated amount back or if I am liable for the full amount.
