Removed from current position

I work in management in nursing. My hours went from full time to part time due to restructuring of our schedule. A less senior person got the full time hours. My boss has been on me for a lot of things, almost like targeting me for a few months. Then recently she decided that my position of about 15 years is just not a good fit for me. She's going to be away but wants me to continue in this position until maybe we can find another for me or perhaps we could discuss another option. It was horrible still working, knowing that I was also done soon. She denies another job that was full time, as I don't have experience as she had discussed with others, no but I've been a nurse for 28 years, worked many departments, and many codes, all ages. Long and short I have a choice of per-diem which has no insurance and a 24 hrs part time position. I started out full time have been for 6 years and need it, and since the cut in hours, I'm almost losing my house. She's not "firing" me or using those words but since our discussion I am done working and still have to meet and decide. After my last day in that position, Someone is now in my hours along with other hours to make them full time. I don't know what to do. She claims she's trying to help me. Afraid to sign anything and feel that I should get unemployment. I have been there for a really long Time.
Thank you.
