Can I receive severance if I turn down a newly expanded version of my current role?

I am being offered a new position, that will essentially expand my current role. However, I'm being asked to move to another state. I believe I will turn down this new position since I don't want to uproot my family. Wanting to know if I would qualify for severance since my current role is essentially being eliminated/replaced by this new role in a new state? I'm being given two weeks to decide.

In Ohio, there is no law requiring an employer to offer an employee severance pay. Therefore, unless you have a contract your employer, I am unaware of any way you would qualify for severance.
