Regarding my severance pay amount.
Dear sir:
I have laid off last month. and I have received severance pay package. Then I found that My staff received severance package as his salary x 1/4 x 6years = over $4,ooo for his 10yers working.
I have been working this company 28years.
My severance package was My salary x 1/4 x 6years = over $6,000
Is it fair amount for me?
Please advice for me.
