Payroll not processed timely/Employees receive direct deposit on diffent days
My company has on numerous occasion not processed payroll timely. Although everyone is on the same payroll cycle employees receive their direct deposits on different days. I haven't received my paycheck for the current pay period and when I brought it up they said the payroll company had "technical difficulties with a few employee" There was no notification. Is this legal?
