Payback used but unaccrued vacation upon termination

I accrue vacation throughout the year, but am allowed to take all of my vacation at anytime of the year. If I terminate my employment in Oct, but have already taken my vacation, am I required to payback my used-but-unaccrued vacation? I live in michigan. Company policy is explicit with respect to being paid for unused but accrued vacation, but doesn't say anything about taken and not accrued. Thanks
