Pay cut for same job duties
I have worked for a company in NY for 27 years. It was recently purchased and a new HR manager says my salary is too high for the position I currently have. After 27 years or raises and bonuses I will no longer receive either because of my salary. Also they are sourcing my position to see what the accurate salary should be and they will want me to take a pay cut. Do I have any rights? I am an at will employee, no contracts signed at all.
