Our employee gave us a notice that his last day would be September 5th. September 5th was a Holiday. He gave us all the keys and office documents back on Friday the 2nd. We don't require that our employees give us a two week notice. Do we pay him for Sept
On August 22nd in the afternoon, he gave a notice that his last day would be September 5th. I have already paid him for his hours including Friday September 2, 2016. I also have paid him his earned vacation days. Do I have to pay him for September 5th which was a holiday?
