Offer letter & relocation agreement doesnt match. Which document is legally binding?
My offer letter and relocation agreement have different repayment terms. My offer letter says I have to stay 2 years, but my relocation agreement says 1 year. I signed my relocation agreement last. Does the relocation agreement override what was in the offer letter?
