Need more frequent breaks due to Psychiatric Disability...

Is requesting a 15-minute break every 2 hours (instead of the usual 3 hours) a "reasonable accommodation" for me as a cashier with medically documented Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder? Or is requesting a split-shift (ex. a 2 hour shift, an hour off, then a 4 hour shift) a "reasonable accomodation" to expect of my employer? (I take anti-anxiety and ADHD medication, am in therapy and see a physician regularly for these conditions.) I want to work and keep my job as cashier but my anxiety increases greatly after two hours, but if I have a break after two hours (instead of after 3 hours) I can decompress and perform my job just fine. What can I do?
