Breaks
I work for a manufacturing company that seems to be treating employees bad. I am the a.p./a.r. person and I was told that I am not entitled to any breaks. I work from 8a.m. until 5p.m. and have a 45 minute lunch break. All other employees are allowed 2 10 minute breaks as well. I am not sure if this is ok or not.

Based upon the information you provided it does not sound as if there are any issues of differences in treatment of persons holding your particular assignment. The law in Ohio and some federal laws will require ceratin industries to have certain breaks. Please see an employment lawyer near you to discuss your situation.
