My wife and I own a C Corp. She holds 95% and rest 5%, I own. We are Texans. I am also an employee of the company (Texas registered). The company got a contract in California for 10 months and I am deputed for fulfilling the job. Can I claim per diem hotel / lodging charges from the C corp ? Thanks for your responses.
