My son just became a CNA and started working and and patient of his was becoming agitated that they weren't meeting their duties and my son stated he was sorry that they were understaffed at the moment and some neglect of duties could happen

FaceTime works for a convalescent home and there was an agitated patient wanting the care given to him and my son apologize for the understaffing at that time and knows that brushing teeth or stuff like that we're being deflected and then a few days later she was terminated someone turned him in that overheard it but he wasn't meaning anything he was apologizing let me know thank
