My previous employer is threating me to take settle offer an withdraw from appeals court or I will get nothing. I want my employer to stamd down unemployment. Is this legal?

I sent demand letter 2 weeks before appeals court asking for 3200 and stand down on fighting my unemployment. A week later they gave me an offer of 3500. Thing is they wanted me to withdraw appeals too. That's not what I want. Now they are using harsh language an threating me to withdraw or I will lose 3550 offer. Can they legally demand I withdraw my unemployment? Can take away an offer if I accepted but based on agreement I can still seek unemployment?
