The PM then reply to all mention people that he was a note about my Schizophrenia twice. now i have never been diagnose with that. never to claim to have it.. i take a medication for ADHD which i have been seen for since the age of 5. secondly. the VP of the company had approve that i keep a firearm in my company paid apartment. as a law abiding person, i have the right to have it. my roommate and i have had long talks about the different pistols, shotguns, and rifle we own. share pictures and stories. now today, i am told that the roommate is uncomfortable with it in the apartment. yesterday, when the PM walked into the work trailer, he very loudly stated that i should had join the rest of the crew on a pad in the field where they had a pizza party cause everyone had great laughs on my behalf. i elected to stay in office and continue to work during the pizza party. is this defamation. I am the Site Safety Manager for a Civil Engineering Firm. do i have any leg to stand on as now i am sure to be fried to calling Director Of HR of my dissatisfaction in falsely accuse of a medical condition and joking with crew day before and then sending out emails to people who have nothing to do with safety or HR. other PM and Superintendent are father and son, Payroll Manager is PM Girlfriend
