My new supervisor wrote me up for a first and last(meaning termination for the next issue) for leaving early when she accidentally scheduled another person and I at the same time, again. She waited 2 hours after I got there to show up to tell me that for

The supervisor came from a sister facility and brought her self proclaimed "Pets" with her. They are lazy and sit around on their phones for hours but are treated like they are the best workers. I am the trainer for my side of the kitchen, I'm the best Dietary Aid in my kitchen and the only one who seems to care about our residents, I work in an assisted living facility and I take pride that I'm providing a necessary service that is needed for the well being of another human being. Even though I was/am the "standard" those who do nothing that she brought are treated better, get away with doing nothing and Im constantly under a microscope being nit-picked every day and Im the only Aid she treats like that and im also the only Aid who does my job right. I get in trouble or get shit for anything and everything and 98% of it she is wrong but she keeps on.
