My manager is married to the owner and she grabbed me, it's on camera, do I have a case?

My manager is married to the owner and she is known for having no boundaries. She publicly belittled me, speaks poorly of me in front of me to other employees, and today she put her hands on me and grabbed me as I was walking away. I thought the conversation was over and she walked behind me and grabbed my shoulder/arm and spun me around. I yelled don't ever touch me! There were several employees who heard me and its on camera. Shes married to the owner so she feels she is invincible and despite all of my complaints to the owner nothing is done. Do I have a case?
