My last employer only paid once a month. I received my monthly paycheck at the beginning of the month and then I put in my two weeks notice. After I left the company I was sent a letter from ADP saying that I owed back two weeks of pay because I quit but was technically paid for the whole month. I only received one letter from ADP and now it has been a few months. Do I legally have to pay this money back? Are there consequences to me not paying this back?
