My husband had the position of Plumber at work for 8 years with good performance. He was demoted over a year ago to General Maintenance Worker. He was deducted $1 an hour for the demotion. The reason was because he didn't have a Plumbers license. He is still practicing the same duties with the Employers awareness. Does he have a wrongful demotion case?
