My grandmother has worked for a company for 13 years and she never got sick days, is that legal?
The company she works for is in Long Island. She's been working there for 13 years and never called out. She feels really sick but is afraid to call out. If she does call in sick they have her file for it so she can get paid for that day. Is this legal?
