My fiancee is being harassed by an asst. overnight manager, what can he do to protect himself?
My fiancee was hired as a night crew member at the local grocery store. Since then the assistant overnight manager has been singling my fiancee out for swearing, aggressive behavior and language. What are my fiancee's rights, if any, and who should we contact within the company? Outside the company? What constitutes "harassment"???
