My fiance is being accused of sexual harrasment by an anonymous email. What are his rights?
My Fiance got pulled into the office tonight at a resturant that he's a manager at. They said they had recieved an anonymous email saying that he was sexually harrasing her and if he didnt stop then they were going to take action. What exactly are his right's? Is he aloud to see the email and can he ask his company to investigate this email?
