My employer is stating that the local sheriff came into the office and stated I was a bad person so that is why I was fired is this allowed?
My employer gave me a random drug test on a Monday - however i was told I was getting the drug test by a co-worker when I passed everything was fine. Then he fired me on Tuesday stating that the local sheriff came in a told him I had questionable charter but could not provide the name of the person - is this allowed
