My doctor placed me on disability on September 7th. I was scheduled to have surgery soon on my foot and he wanted me to stay off of my foot until surgery. My boss took me off because I let her know a few days prior. The 10th I called H.R. and they approve
On disability leave for up to 3 months from my podiatrist
I've been at my job from 9/10/18-9/7/19 when placed on disability
Denied my disability
Denied FMLA
Will get written up and or fired if I don't show up
I have documentation for my disability and doctors notes
What should I do??
