Shutdown period in question was from 7/3 through 7/9. Company paid for 7/4 holiday. Was originally paid the employment benefits. Received papers from state in August claiming I was unable to file during this period. Received final appeal opportunity in September 2 days before deadline. Received a packaged from the state in October and currently waiting to have a phone interview scheduled. Almost no communication from the company.
