If any clarification is needed I can try to explain further, but the short version is, my company's policy says 30 days or no payout of vacation time, but doesn't say I can't use it. They are now saying they will not consider for re-hire if I use my vacation time. This will potentially affect future jobs if I decide to apply elsewhere. I don't know if this is entirely legal for them to do.
