My boss wants me to push support for a bill that is coming up in senate. She is telling me that i have to go around to residents in a long term care facility often with dementia/Alzheimer's and ask them to call/sign letters which most do not understand. D

My boss wants me to push support for a bill that is coming up in senate. She is telling me that i have to go around to residents in a long term care facility often with dementia/Alzheimer's and ask them to call/sign letters which most do not understand. Do i have the right to refuse to do this?
