My boss just accused me of faking illness to get out of having to do an observation. I am highly offended at that accusation. And, she said it in front of another assistant principal. Isn't that illegal? I'm in GA.

I have FMLA, however I was at work today. I wasn't feeling well, and told my department chair that I would be leaving early. My principal call me to her office as I prepared to leave and accused me of faking a panic attack to get out of having to do an observation. I am highly offended! Isn't it illegal for her to ask me medical questions like that and accuse me of "playing sick"?
