My assistant manager is asking for the group to give our employee ID numbers to track paid time off. paid time off is already being tracked within our payroll system and I feel this information should be kept confidential except for HR and payroll. What rights do I have to not share my employee ID number with the fear confidential information about myself could be found out with this number?
