My Employer Recently Demoted All Directors To Managers All Lost Their Bonus Checks Benefit. I Am Also A Director But Nothing Was Even Said To Me Because I Had Spoke About Resigning Due To A Move. I Had Not However, At The Time Of The Demotion/ Layoff Given My Written Resignation. My Boss I Had Talked About A Tenative Date, I Am Required To Give A 30 Day Written Notice. All Of The Demotions/ Severance Packages Were Offered 10 Days Before I Gave My Written Resignation. Is It Fair That I Was Excluded?
