My 401k loan defaulted a year ago because I transferred jobs within the same company and payroll made an error. HR says it can not fix it because it’s been too long. Fidelity 401K loan says to call HR. I live in the state of Texas. What should I do?
My loan defaulted 3/2019 and I just now trying to solve the issue with HR. I realize I did not look at my paycheck since my husband does our finances.
This is a payroll error. Is there any way I can fix this?
