Moving from California to Oregon. Do I get to keep my accrued vacation?
Under CA law I can keep my accrued vacation. Our company policy is use or lose. CA does not allow this. What happens when I move to Oregon. Do I have to use my accrual by a certain time or can they take it back and start me at zero?
