Medical Privacy

I have read the questions and answers in your blog and still need help. I am a scientist and injured my arm at work. I was hesitant to file a worker's comp. claim because my boss and her supervisor are hostile, manipulative and retaliative people. The head doctor of Occupational Health and Safety dept. at my company filed a claim without my knowledge on my behalf. My company, in general, as treated me very well, especially after my surgery. However, my boss and her supervisor have continually sent-out emails or publically discussed my private medical information. In one instance my boss had a meeting with my co-worker's informing my co-worker's that each one of them had 24-hrs to decide whether or not they would continue to have a personal contact with me outside of work. If they decided not to have contact with me my boss stated she would provide them with confidential information about me. In another instance my boss' boss emailed the head of the OHS dept. to inform them that earlier that year I missed work because of a bladder infection and maybe the antibiotic I was given contributed to my injury (!). In the first instance my co-worker's felt extremely uncomfortable and went to HR and the VP of the dept. In the second incident the head of OHS reported my boss' boss to HR for violating company policy. During this time I have felt constantly harrassed and intimidated. Is there anything I can do legally?
