Maternity leave and vacation.

I have recently returned back to work from maternity leave. I resigned shortly after my return as I was offered a new position with a new employer. Upon my resignation I was faced with harsh treatment and retaliation and I now face issues regarding vacation time I was paid. As per my agency, I now need to pay vacation in which they agreed to pay me. I was never properly informed during my maternity leave process that any funds would be owed. I also was not able to file disability in a timely fashion, as they prolonged paying out the vacation time the agreed to paying out. I feel as though these actions are retaliatory and I was not provided due process. What are my options at this point?
