I’ve been reported twice to Management and or Human Resources about inappropriate behavior at work. On both occasions there was not any proof when I asked to run our cameras nor a specific incident that occurred. Even though management said it will be fine and don’t worry about it, both incidents still stand for a documentation within my work records. And if it happens again I can be at risk of losing my job for something that has no legitimacy. All my fellow co-workers are females and that is where some of the issue lay. This is a huge defamation of character situation that has me walking on egg shells at work and is effecting my work performance because of the unwanted energy and lies that have been placed. Can I get this company into legal action for these accusations or go directly after the co-workers with union and attorney representation?
