I've worked for the same company for years. Last few years my paychecks keep bouncing and aren't made right for a week. If I quit would I be eligible for unemployment

Long term employment with a family owned furniture factory. I'm one of their best workers. When I stayed home for three days to care for my wife, I was given a 3 dollar raise immediately because the work fell so behind when I was gone. But the paychecks keep bouncing. This has been going on for a couple of years. It's happened almost ten times, my bills get behind etc. If I quit can I receive unemployment?
