I've worked a set section on a brunch serving shift for the past 6 months and have been a model employee over that time. the new year started and I lost my static position and had it turn into a rotating one. That means lower potential income and not being guaranteed work that I have come to count on. I plan on talking to management to try and resolve this discrepancy internally however I wanted to know what my options are. Other people who function in the same manner as I had were not affected.
