It's not mentioned in contract what happens with vacation pay if you quit? What am i owed?
I worked freelance for a year for company, but they treated us like employees. I think they realized they could get in trouble and three months ago they turned us all into employees and gave us 10 vacation days, 3 sick days and PTO for holidays. No where on my contract mentions how the vacation is accrued it just states the vacation and time off I have. I put in my two weeks notice two days ago and want to know what are my rights and what will they owe me regarding to vacation pay in my final check?
