Is this treatment unfair and / or discriminatory?

I was in the process of being released from a guaranteed contract that had a strong non compete in it. However the employer is seemingly deliberately stalling this process, in order to victimise and subjugate me and prevent me from securing other opportunities with possible rivals. They are doing this by going through rigorous, lengthy and forensic checks of my IT, when they have not done this with anyone else who has left in the same manner. I have had to interview and explain some low level technical violations, and this took weeks. Each time we have met , new low level violations are brought up, which probably could have been brought up much earlier. These 'violations' are not egregious or nefarious, and most other current and former employees have done the same (small amount of use of personal email for work - no third parties involved). Would this constitute unfair treatment, and perhaps dicriimination on the basis of circumstantial evidence (I am a black male). Secondary to this,
there are only a few others who have left in similar circumstances, so how many other employees does this rigorous checking NOT have to happen to, in order for my treatment to be proven as unfair/diiscriminatory?
