Is this right
I lived and work in FL the company i worked for in 2012 went out of business in 2/2012 i filled for unemployment got a job in 9/2012 i stop claiming unemployemt. Now in 2016 i live in NM and i got a letter from United Collection Bureau i contact they regarding the letter and they are givin me the runner round, tell me that i have to contact DEO but they are not answering my question because i'm not in tere system anymore can you please give me some advice .Thank very mush
