Is this non-compete valid if I want to take up a position with a client

This agreement was made in State of Michigan, I did not receive any additional compensation for this. Will this stand in court.

You agree that during the term of your employment with Company and for a period of 24 months from the date of your employment separation, regardless of who terminates the employment, you shall not, directly or indirectly, (whether on behalf of yourself, any business or entity in which you are an employee, officer, director or manager; any business or entity in which you have any ownership, lent any money or rendered any assistance; or any business or entity on which they have consulted) i) solicit or attempt to solicit any customer or client of the Company, ii)solicit or attempt to solicit any staffing company with whom company has conducted any business during the 2 years immediately preceding your employment separation, iii) solicit or attempt to solicit any consultant who has worked for the Company, directly or indirectly, during the 2 years immediately preceding your employment separation, (iv) solicit or attempt to solicit for any business endeavor any vendor or supplier who has conducted any business with the company during the 2 years immediately preceding your employment separation, or (v) otherwise divert or attempt to divert from the Company any business whatsoever or interfere with any business relationship between the Company and any other person or entity.

Thanks in Advance.
