Is this considered discrimination

I am a recently retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 maintenance officer. I was hired by a defense contractor 18 months ago. The person I was hired to replace was promoted above me. This person is born and raised in Alabama, has no army aircraft maintenance experience and never served on active duty. I was told during my interview that he was a "good guy" but just doesn't have what it takes to run the program I was hired to run. As soon as I took over the program, production increased along with profits. This immediately created a resentment towards me from my newly appointed boss. He was promoted by the newly appointed GM, who is also a friend and longtime coworker of my boss. They are both caucasian southern men that hail from this area and have not worked on any other government contract.
I am a salaried executive level manager and I work 12-16 hours a day, Monday through Friday. The GM will pick a random time late at night or early in the morning on a weekend to send me an email at an odd hour. When I do not answer it within 30 minutes, as I do not wake at 6:00 am on Sundays, he writes me up. This is not a one-time occurrence. We have a senior staff meeting every Thursday at 2pm. I am singled out at every staff meeting with derogatory comments from the GM. I am the only minority on the staff, by the way.
My project has done better under my direction than it ever has since the initial award of this contract 6 years ago.
In one instence, the GM was speaking in a derogatory manner about a former member of the senior staff who is also a minority. (There were previously 3. Two left and I was all that remained) After the GM made the comments, I watched my boss lean over to him and quietly say, "two down, one to go." He then looked right at me, not knowing I heard what he said. The GM just chuckled. I tried to speak to the Director of HR, but I was advised to "just go with it" in order to keep my job.
I was terminated two days ago based on my performance.... even though, I made a 6.3 million dollar profit in the last year and my predecessor was negative in earnings for the company when he had this position.
I have much more to add, but I think what I've described so far clearly shows discrimination.
Your Thoughts Sir?
