I'm jewish. My company says they can't give me a chanuka card without giving one to everyone one else. so they gave me a christmas card instead. Is this considered discrimination?

My employers came to me and said they couldnt give me a chanukah card because they would have to give one to everyone else. So they gave me a Christmas card instead. Is this considered discrimination. I'm Jewish

Discrimination, perhaps, but the question is whether it rises to the form of discrimination to take action over and the answer to that is likely not. Until discrimination results in financial harm you have to consider the worth of pursuing or raising a legal claim. Best of luck.
