Is this a constructive discharge or a rightful termination?
I was informed by my job that I was terminated as of 8/15/18. The paperwork that i received from my employer regarding my termination was dated for 8/7/18. I know Kentucky is an at will state, but is there anything I can do regarding my discharge?
