Is this Legal??

Recently I have been going thru a rough time at home due to my father being very sick. (and other things but that mainly) my boss pulled me in his office weeks ago and ridiculoud me for not caring about my job because I've made some mistakes and are slow getting work done. BUT i had an increase of work with no increase in hours and not able to delegate anything so stuff was getting done slower of course. they also accused me of ill intent and when i proved them wrong all of a sudden im considered loyal again...i am also told I'm salary but I don't have to answer my phone on weekends so i didn't answer once and I got in trouble for it. I'm not allowed to enter hours if I work over 35 but if i work under that I must make up the time... anyways more recently both of my bosses have been I feel ganging up on me and nit picking everything I do. my boss also doesn't fire people he fades them out so they end up quitting. I've told them what's happening with my dad and id think me having pto and as close as I thought I was with my boss that hed tell me to take some time to deal with my father but he hasnt. instead my other supervisor came in my office asked how he was doing then she proceeded to tell me they think I need to move out of my office in the main area since my door is always shut (I keep heat on and it's cold in here) I had to be an hour late to work that same day because I was taking my dad to an appointment and she asked me to stay late to make up the time....i told her i can't and she told me y
to make it up another day. is this legal what they're doing ? the stress of them coming down on me is making my mental health worse I'm even seeing a therapist because of it.
