Is there any law against unequal treatment of exempt employees?

I am an exempt employee & have worked for the same employer for over 10 years. My supervisor manages 8 exempt employees. A few months ago, five of the 8 employees were requested to badge in, in the morning, so that she could track our arrival times. The 3 other employees office near our supervisor. Our supervisor socializes with these employees and eats lunch with them. I am offended that certain employees receive special treatment. This happens in almost all areas (distribution of work load, approval of time off, flexibility with schedule, etc).

The discrimination is not based on race or gender. The discrimination seems to be based on who our supervisor likes better personally.
