Is there a way, legally to require or ‘force’ an ‘almost’ new employer to tell me ‘Why’ I didn’t get the position? Meaning, I’m an older, white guy that’s been in IT for almost 30 years. I can’t get a job to save my life! Never in my 5

I can’t get a job to save my life!
Never in my 56 years on this Earth have I been unemployed for so long after Sooo many interviews, etc where I was sure I had the position, only to end up with the “Unfortunately, we’ve chosen another for the position”.
I would like to ask one of these companies, that I had 2 interviews with, in person, the last with 9 individuals present…WHY I didn’t get the job/position!?
This last one, I was more sure of anything in my life, I had it and… gave to another…
