Is telling my former employer's client good bye via LinkedIn a violation of the confidentiality agreement I signed?
I was terminated by my employer. I was on LinkedIn later that day and messaged one of his clients that is in my professional network to tell him good bye. My employer sent me a letter stating I violated the confidentiality agreement I signed when I started in 2005.
