Is my employer creating a hostile work environment, or our they discriminating against me?

I have worked for a small company (around 20 employees) for 11 years. I found out i was pregnant 2 months ago and informed them that when time comes i won't be able to perform some of my job( which their are 4 other people than can do this part of my job ). Lifting 30-50 pound items, dealing with pesticides ect. Since this is making some people do actual work they are trying to get rid of me. I do have proof due to someone forwarding me some e-mail from owner to manager that says to a find out how far they can push me legally so that i will quit. Also, have swearing messages on my cell phone from them because i called in due to being dehydrated and going to the hospital. So i do have doctors slips from when i called in. The also don't want to pay me (i have 4 weeks vacation) for my sick days because they don't reward bad behavior ( remember i was in the hospital). There's more to the story but I'm sure you can somewhat get what I'm trying to say. Please answer need advice
